  • PERSONNEL : JURNAL ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN

Personnel comes from the French language, meaning workforce or staff within an institution. Personnel was chosen as the identity of this journal because it reflects the core of educational administration, namely humans as the main driving force of educational organisations. In the field of educational administration, the focus is not only on systems, regulations, and structures, but also on how individuals including teachers, school principals, educational staff, and policymakers are managed, developed, and empowered. Therefore, the term ‘Personnel’ is considered relevant as a symbol of the strategic role of human resources in driving the effectiveness and sustainability of education. The philosophy of this journal is based on the idea that the success of education cannot be separated from the quality, competence, and leadership of those who work in it.
