Inovasi Strategi Pemasaran Layanan Pendidikan: Pendekatan Sistematik untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Keterlibatan Stakeholder

The aim of this study is to understand Educational Marketing Strategies. The method used is library research, by analyzing various sources of literature related to educational marketing strategies. Educational marketing planning aims to improve quality by involving students, teachers, and all stakeholders, such as distributing brochures, pamphlets, and promotional twibbons through social media, as well as highlighting advantages like offering free schooling. The organization of marketing is carried out by forming a student admission (PPDB) team that assigns promotional tasks through banners, social media, and outreach to targeted madrasahs. The implementation of marketing includes offering programs such as scholarships, free education, extracurricular development, support for admission to public universities, and providing supplies for underprivileged students. Marketing evaluation is conducted through teacher meetings and classroom supervision to identify obstacles and improve education quality through MGMP (Subject Teachers' Working Group) programs and marketing strategies. The organization process involves forming a marketing team, assigning tasks, and establishing a clear work structure. The implementation includes carrying out various promotional activities, such as distributing brochures. Evaluation is conducted to measure the effectiveness of the marketing efforts based on targets, such as the number of new registrants
