Strategi Pelayanan Jemput Bola Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Menabung Di Kspps Anugerah

This research analyzes the ball pick-up service strategy in increasing interest in saving at the Anugerah Sharia Savings and Loan and Financing Cooperative (KSPPS), Temanggung Regency. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with phenomenological methods through in-depth interview techniques and focus group discussions (FGDs) with 21 informants consisting of 8 KSPPS members, 10 prospective members, and 3 institution managers. The research findings identified three main factors causing the low interest in saving in the community: (1) lack of knowledge about sharia principles and its differences with conventional systems, especially the concept of profit sharing; (2) limited operational understanding of KSPPS products and working mechanisms; and (3) low level of trust in fund security, operational transparency, and institutional reputation. The implementation of ball pick-up services has proven effective in increasing service accessibility and customer satisfaction by 85%, as well as expanding outreach to rural and semi-urban areas. The impact of limited knowledge, understanding, and trust resulted in low community participation, slow growth of KSPPS assets, and limited service coverage. The research recommends the implementation of continuous education programs, increased financial transparency, and the development of persuasive communication strategies to build public trust in Islamic financial institutions.
