1. License

Use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution - ShareAlike license as currently displayed on the Creative Commons Attribution - ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA)

2. Author's Guarantee

The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author mentioned, has never been published before, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is owned exclusively by the author and is free of any third party rights, and that any written permission required to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

3. User Rights

Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan is passionate about disseminating published articles as freely as possible. Under a Creative Commons license, Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan permits users to copy, distribute, display and display work. Users also need to associate authors and Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan to distribute works in journals and other publication media.

Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to internal disputes of the authors. Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan will only communicate with associated authors.

6. Royalties

Being an openly accessible journal and distributing articles free of charge under the stated Creative Commons license, the author acknowledges that Personnel: Jurnal Administrasi Pendidikan entitles the author to no royalties or other fees.
