Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to other journals is strictly prohibited.
Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Authors whose native language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission.
Ethical Conduct: Submissions must adhere to the highest standards of academic ethics. This includes proper citation, avoiding plagiarism (including self-plagiarism), obtaining necessary ethical approvals for research involving human subjects or animals, and disclosing any conflicts of interest.
Blinding for Peer Review: To facilitate our double-blind peer review process, authors must prepare their manuscript with all identifying information removed from the main text and file properties.
Corresponding Author: Designate one author as the corresponding author, who will be responsible for all communications with the journal.
Copyright: Authors retain the copyright to their work published in the journal under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Please prepare your manuscript in a standard document format (e.g., .docx, .rtf).
Your manuscript should typically include the following sections in order:
Title Page (Separate File for Blind Review):
Full title of the manuscript (concise and informative).
Full names of all authors, their affiliations (department, institution, city, country), and email addresses.
ORCID iD for each author (highly recommended).
Corresponding author's contact details (email, phone number).
Any acknowledgements or funding information (will be moved to the main manuscript upon acceptance).
Abstract:
A concise summary (150-250 words) of the research problem, methodology, key findings, and main conclusions/implications.
Avoid using abbreviations or references.
Keywords:
3-5 relevant keywords that accurately reflect the content of your manuscript.
Main Body (Blind Version - No Author Info):
Introduction: Provides background, outlines the research problem, states the research questions/objectives, and highlights the contribution of the study.
Literature Review/Theoretical Background: Discusses relevant theories and previous research, identifying gaps that your study addresses.
Methodology: Describes the research design, participants/data sources, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods in sufficient detail to allow replication. Include ethical considerations.
Results/Findings: Presents the findings clearly and concisely, using tables and figures where appropriate.
Discussion: Interprets the results in light of the literature, discusses implications (theoretical and practical), acknowledges limitations, and suggests future research directions.
Conclusion: Summarizes the main arguments and key contributions of the study.
References:
List all cited works. Use a consistent citation style (see Section 2.2).
Appendices (Optional):
Supplementary materials (e.g., questionnaires, detailed statistical output) that are essential but would disrupt the flow of the main text.
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size.
Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the entire manuscript, including abstract, references, and appendices.
Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
Page Numbers: Number all pages consecutively.
Headings: Use clear, consistent headings and subheadings (e.g., Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3). Do not number headings.
Figures and Tables:
Embed figures and tables within the text close to their first mention.
Ensure figures and tables are clearly labeled with sequential numbers and descriptive titles.
Figures should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
Cite all figures and tables in the text.
Citations and References:
The JOURNAL STRATEGIC AND INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT uses the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style for in-text citations and the reference list.
Ensure every in-text citation has a corresponding entry in the reference list, and vice versa.
