Personnel comes from the French language, meaning workforce or staff within an institution. Personnel was chosen as the identity of this journal because it reflects the core of educational administration, namely humans as the main driving force of educational organisations. In the field of educational administration, the focus is not only on systems, regulations, and structures, but also on how individuals including teachers, school principals, educational staff, and policymakers are managed, developed, and empowered. Therefore, the term ‘Personnel’ is considered relevant as a symbol of the strategic role of human resources in driving the effectiveness and sustainability of education. The philosophy of this journal is based on the idea that the success of education cannot be separated from the quality, competence, and leadership of those who work in it. Personnel: Journal of Educational Administration is here to provide an academic space that critically and constructively discusses various dynamics in human resource management in educational institutions, both from the theoretical, policy, and practical perspectives. Personnel: Journal of Educational Administration is an open-access peer-reviewed scientific journal. Its scope includes text and field studies from various perspectives such as Educational Planning, Educational Organisation Management, Educational Leadership, Educational Supervision, Educational Financial Management, Educational Public Relations Management, Human Resource Management in Education, Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Curriculum Management, Student Affairs Management, Educational Marketing Management, Educational Foundation Management, and School/Madrasah Quality Management. The submission and review process for manuscripts in Personnel: Journal of Educational Administration will be processed through a web-based system using the Open Journal System (OJS) managed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly recommend submitting manuscripts through our online submission system. Using the OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, images, and additional information) directly to our office and monitor the review status of their manuscripts throughout the review process. Registration and login are required to submit manuscripts online and check the current submission status. Copyright for all materials published in this journal remains the property of the authors. This Personnel Journal is intended for academics, practitioners, and researchers interested in the development and implementation of educational administration established and published starting in 2024 by PT Citra Nusa Digital. This journal is published twice a year in June and December.
